SHIPPING POLICY FOR GEARTOPIA ORDER PROCESSING

Orders placed on geartopia.co.za are processed within three business days if placed before 12:00 p.m. SAST. Orders after 12:00 p.m. SAST will be processed on the following business day. You'll receive an email confirmation upon order placement and another when your order ships. Delivery timeframes vary based on shipping method and destination. Geartopia reserves the right to change this policy without prior notice.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING WITHIN SOUTH AFRICA Methods:

Geartopia orders are shipped via courier or freight carrier. Rigid Paddle Boards, Rover Aero, and motors are shipped via freight carrier, while other BOTE® products are shipped via courier.

  • Destinations: Online orders are shipped within South Africa. We do not ship to PO Boxes or international addresses.
  • Freight Shipments: These are individually quoted to minimize customer costs. If freight charges to your location exceed the subsidy, we may contact you to change the delivery location, cover the difference, or cancel the order.
  • Shipping Costs: Shipping charges for orders within South Africa are calculated and displayed at checkout.
  • Expedited Shipping: Unavailable for freight carrier shipments. For courier shipments, expedited options may be available, with charges displayed at checkout.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We currently do not offer international shipping outside of South Africa.

FREIGHT SHIPPING

  • Scheduling: Freight carriers will contact you to schedule delivery. Ensure your contact information is accurate. Additional storage charges may apply if they cannot reach you or you're unavailable.
  • Receiving: An adult (18+) must accept freight deliveries and may be required to assist with unloading. Inspect your order before signing the delivery. The driver should wait for your confirmation before leaving. Damaged or undamaged boxes don't guarantee the product's condition. Once signed, no claims can be filed with the carrier. If you find damage upon inspection, refuse the shipment, write "Refused due to damage" on the bill of lading, and notify Geartopia using the shipping damage claim form. Proper documentation is required for compensation or replacement.

SHIPPING FAQS

To check your order status, refer to the tracking number in the email notification. Allow 48 hours for updates. Contact Geartopia if tracking hasn't updated within 48 hours. For damaged products during transit, follow the instructions in the Freight Shipping section above.
